Clients can now create support tickets online or by email for issues, then monitor their progress with a case tracking ticket. Using a secure Help Desk login, clients can see the date the ticket was submitted, the current status, comments made by the support team, and the representative assigned to the case. Clients can also update issues or add new information to existing tickets.
Other helpful resources available to clients include an FAQ database, tips and tricks, multimedia tutorials, online feature requests, help search, as well as a RSP Encyclopedia and user forum where clients and personnel can interact and share knowledge.
